Delete account

Users can request account deletion in the app. Today this records a deletion request and signs the user out; manual processing is still required for deletion or anonymization.

  1. 1Open the Hanya app profile area and choose Delete account or contact configured support when available.
  2. 2The current process records your deletion request and signs you out.
  3. 3Some account, safety, trip, support, review, and notification records may still need manual review before deletion or anonymization.
