Is Hanya available everywhere in Morocco?

No. Hanya is launching first in Rabat. Availability may differ by service and provider coverage.

Is the app available in app stores?

Not yet. Official Android and iPhone download links will appear on this website when the public app is released.

Does Hanya guarantee provider earnings?

No. Earnings depend on demand, accepted requests, agreed prices, operating costs and time online.

Does Hanya process payments?

Not currently. Riders and providers handle payment directly, normally in cash, using the price agreed for the service.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can submit an account-deletion request through Hanya. The account and related data will then be reviewed for deletion or anonymization according to applicable requirements.
